windchill factor

According to the radio on my drive home:
It was reported that there were 98 mph winds at 710 pm at Angel Island today.
Trees fell and landed on power lines in SF and knocked the energy out of the Sunset.
HWY 101 Southbound after Paul Ave. experienced three lanes being shut down earlier tonight when a tree fell and obstructed three of four lanes in the highway, right near the merge there.
HWY 280 Southbound also experienced obstruction due to tree debris caused by the strong winds near Black Mountain Road in Burlingame.
The worst: Skyline is closed off up in Santa Cruz maybe until even tomorrow, due to some fallen tree.
Even more frightening is when you read the article on ALL the damage this one storm has caused today:

DRIVE SAFELY, KEEP WARM, and TRY TO STAY DRY EVERYONE!!
