Katie Holmes! "In keeping with a Scientology
silent birth, Tom is prepared to do whatever
it takes to muffle Katie's moans and
groans during the delivery," says a source
close to Holmes. "He commissioned an
adult-sized 'binky' for her to clench between
her teeth, hoping that it'll squelch her
screams." The one-of-a-kind pacifier is made
of rubber, and is molded to the shape of
Katie's teeth. The mom-to-be herself, though, may prove harder
to mold: As
Tom goes further
and further to ensure
that the birth
fits squarely within the rules of his church,
Katie is showing serious signs of wear.

has watched Katie, 27, spend day after day
— up to eight hours at a stretch! — at the Scientology
Celebrity Centre in Hollywood,
often with Tom, 43, by her side. Now, Star
has learned what's going on behind those
closed doors: "If they're going to the center
together regularly, it means that she is definitely
resistant to something," a Scientology expert who prefers
to remain unnamed
tells Star. "It
wouldn't surprise
me if Katie secretly
wanted out of Scientology,
out of
her relationship
with Tom, or
both." The
source says that
at the center,
"they are
probably putting
tremendous
pressure
on
Katie to find
out if she has
any second
thoughts
about
Scientology."

You know, it wouldn't be suprising if Scientologists cooked up this entire idea for Tom Cruise their greatest spokesperson to have a child and a convert to combat speculation that he is gay.  I mean his entire I AM IN LOVE exorcism was a little too obnoxious to be taken as genuine in my opinion.

I created a doll. LoL. It was fun. supposed to be for my myspace, but the image doesn't work there. odd huh?
so yep. myspace creation has been put on hold. i'm sick yet again. but this time i'm very ill. and hoping that the major nap i took time to take today will pay off and prove to have put me past the worst of the storm. that and three airbornes in a row.

Wednesday I had two dentist appointments in a row.  The hygienist was a complete witch who just did not understand the concept of gentle dentistry on someone with sensitive gums like mine.

i lost my donation sheet for the walk-a-thon i'm doing this weekend to help underpriveleged youth stay off the streets and focus on art instead and the money I had collected to date, so that will need to be funded out of my pocket. DRAT!

I'm feeling better and anticipate a better day tomorrow and hope to either serve breakfast at the SF Food Bank or spend a day with a girl at the Girls and Boys Club of SF.  I hope I will be alive to do that.  Will probably see how I am feeling after that to determine whether or not I can make it to the Beer and Oyster Festival. Sigh.  I can't afford to be this sick right now.  SO much to do. I need my energy.

You know, I love my friends here on Xanga.  Most of the people I interact with on here are strangers really.  But I have come to be embraced by a few of you readers and vice versa.  I feel we all care about each other and I think it speaks volumes that we check on one another, see how we are doing.  The only interesting aspect is how we don't really know each other face to face or historically, but do upon the things we write about and share with each other in this world of Xanga.  I appreciate all of my friends here, the insights, the comments, the funny and sad things we have all been through together. Just the fact that we all care about one another, though strangers in this void.  There is a wonderful synergy that occurs on Xanga, people we feel connected to or who we enjoy personality wise, we get to know in a very intimate fashion and it is nice to be able to be friends, no matter how distant and strange, to be connected and understood.  In a way, I feel that though we do not know each other in the traditional sense, we are truly friends, since afterall, isn't friendship really about connecting and understanding one another somehow anyways?

In other news, my friend Allen's AIM wasn't working recently and today I experienced it too. It was bizarre.
I was signed on, could read profiles, but couldn't open an AIM box up for chatting.  Anyone else experience this too? Or is this some wierd kink or virus you randomly catch?

MySpace generators come up with some very creative ways to customize your profile on MySpace.  Just a second ago, I was trying to get my friend list to be a bit bigger.  What do I do?  I push the backward button accidentally and all my hour's worth of work is gone.

I've also been working on slideshows.
MySpace is pretty versatile, it allows you to be as unique or as lemminglike as you wish.
It is probably the reason why it's so popular and successful.

I'm trying to be more savvy and I really like the idea of adding more than just 8 friends as the TOP 8.  It just seems wrong to exclude any friends who actually do deserve those coveted 8 spots.  I just wish it wasn't so complex and time consuming in order to jazz up the MySpace.

HAHA.  Oh well. I'll try again next week.  This week I will be busy every night and all weekend.
I wanna see my mama and sis....but I'm too busy. Sigh. How to find the time to go visit with her.
 I also wanna sleep more and eat healthier and better and spend more time with Pooh and Scotty. But oh well.

We gotta do what we can to make things happen.

This is Taco.  He is SO cute.

He's a french bulldog.

Scotty wants one someday.  I think they're adorable, I love that they have such city friendly disposition and it'll be good for Pooh to have some company, she stays at home alone a lot and is so depressed. I wish we could take her out more.  At least if there's two of them they can play and have company.

Once in a while, I check out the Frenchies out there for adoption.  They are so cute. The breeders call this guy Taco.

I find myself occasionally wanting to adopt a lot of dogs occasionally or maybe just one.  I just LOVE dogs.
I would if I could and had the time and space for it and everything.
I think I will always want to have a doggy in my life.
They make the world a better place, in a world that can be very cruel at times they are true blue.
I myself either want a tiny Maltese or some other toy dog that weighs nothing later so I can carry her with me EVERYWHERE or to rescue a dog. 
I think rescuing a dog can be one of the most rewarding things you can do.
